I have had the system for 6 years and have a few issues in the past but they were addressed quickly by the company who installed the system after Sunnova entered the work order. Well my system has not been working correctly since March. My bills were higher then expected but my son is living at the house now so I did not check the system since I was told they monitor the system. Well when I checked last week I found the system has not been underproducing all year compared to the other years. I have been trying to get the system services and I have asked if they would be servicing the system or Trinity since they have always done the serving in the past. they told me they would be sending there service person which has never happened since i have had the system I have asked for the first available appointment and am told they are working on it and will keep me updated. They have never contacted me I am doing all the contacting I am not surprised that Trinity is not servicing my system since Sunnova has filed Chapter 11 so I sit with a system that is not working correctly I am paying for the panels and paying higher electric bills and no appointment is site.
Desired outcome: I want my system serviced and I want a credit since my system has not been producing as promised. I paying higher electric bills and paying for panels that are not working correctly
