Such Gear review: Custom apparel, fraud, no delivery, no refund

On April 24, 2021 I received an invoice for custom apparel I had ordered from Such Gear, 1717 2nd Ave East, Oneonta, AL 35121. The invoice was for $1, 970.00. On 2/26 I was charged $2, 280.00. The owner, Joshua Such, then slow walked me for 3 months before informing me, via text, that he was sorry he couldn't complete the order due to his metal health issues. When I opened a dispute with the credit card company he lied and said the order was ready and he was waiting on me for sizes that he has completed the order. Those sizes were sent not to the owner not once - but twice. He has my money and the only thing I have received from him are lies. Because of his statement with the credit card company was fraudulent we are suing the "company" for a refund and him personally for fraud. I would steer clear of this fraudulent company.
