Success DS Properties LLC review: Clayton homes (goldenwest)

When working for this company I was asked to inspect a park oened occupied unit.

It is a 94 golden west clayton manufactured hone.

I noted and entered my findings in the companies app "door loop," as a work order.

The next day a contactor was sent out to reacess my findings.

The contractors report further supported my findings and added more problems to the work order.

Success ds inc, dba success ds properties llc then fired the contactor, fired me, and raised the rent of this unit more than double.

Class actions in excess of 100,000,000 are easily found against crayton hones (golden west) so it is not surprising to find this unit in the same condition.

What is surprising is the corporate reaction and action taken after it was disclosed.
