Stuffup! Direct Freight review: Delivery

Attention customer service,

See enclosed information re invoice number 23049 392, we sent this by tnt and now you have advised there is an extra charge for residential pickup of $98.06. We have contacted yr office about this matter advising that when we made the pickup we declared that it was a residential and accordingly were given a rate, now you have added the extra charge for residential pickup which we already declared previously. We have spoken to your office a few times about this and they have been extremely rude, not interested at all in the information we've given them. Kindly return the $98.06 to our account immediately so that we don't need to take any further action. Look forward to your positive response
