I bought a sofa at store on 8-Sept and the store sales told me the sofa was back order and asked me to wait until the middle of October. I accepted and payed the taxes as reserved. On 11-Sept, they called me to say that my sofa was available and I could go to warehouse to pick it up after paid the rest, then I went to the store at the same day and completed the payment, they told me I could pick my sofa from 13-Sept within 7 days. However, a lady called me again around 9 pm on 13-Sept, she told me that they can't sale my sofa to me because they have lots of problems with the sofa, I asked why, she told me that over 100 clients like me can't get their products because the warehouse got over 20% feedback of missed part of products, then the warehouse decide to open all the boxed to check and there has something wrong with my sofa as well, so they can't sale me a sofa without a leg or an arm. I can't under how could this happened, and she told me if I can wait until end of this month or end of October, I can still preorder but they have no exact date. I asked for more details, she told me she doesn't know how to explain the whole thing in English. For me, I feel very disappointed with the whole process. I don't believe there is a coincidence that just one night before they found out they can't sale this product, btw, how could they sale me a open boxed sofa even it's only for check without my agreement? Back to business, I strongly suspect that they didn't reserved this sofa in order, so someone took my sofa and I have to wait more. For sure, "We can't sale the sofa without leg or arm to our customer " is a good explanation to ask us wait for longer time but it can't be used as as excuse. I think I deserved to know the truth and get my entire sofa ASAP, hopefully, it will not be opened by others.
