Crypto market StormGain doesn't let me to withdraw my funds in my wallet. It has been more than 1 year since I sent them first e-mail about this. I sent all the documents they asked. They blocked withdrawal under the name of "Know Your Customer". They response my e-mails months later and they want same documents again and again even after I completed to send all of them already.
I don't recommend anyone to deposit money to this platform.
Desired outcome: I want all my funds back.

StormGain scam is going global because they have scammed series of people from their hard earn money.
Why do StormGain think they have power over my money? I have $50,000 in my account but they wouldn't allow me to remove my money. They kept asking for verification non stop.
