This order No. is 23535 and was confirmed on 19th March. I note that you are still advertising on facebook but don´t follow through after taking the money out of my account.

Hi Again
The above order was dated 17th March and the message stating shipping
is on its way was dated 19th March and since then nothing and as of Today
there is still no tracking on my order. If you are not going to deliver what I
have paid for I request my €24.14 returned.
No point ringing us as we don´t speak enough Portuguese to understand
unless someone speaks English. If you email in Portuguese I can at least
translate it.
