At approximately 3:00 PM, I realized that I was hypoglycemic and went and purchased a small Chobani Oat/Vanilla yogurt. I realized that since I was wafting and starting to shake that I needed to sit down, with regard to how the day was also extremely hot. I went up the two flights of stairs where there is an employee table outside the bathrooms. When I arrived a woman named Selena asked me rather curtly what I wanted. I said that I needed to sit down because I was weak and was near-to passing out. She literally barked at me to get back downstairs like I was a dog, because I was standing in an employee area, which it is not exclusively, since the public lavatory is located there as well. I told her again how serious the matter was and that I was asking that she move immediately. She again said that a chair would be brought downstairs.

I then went downstairs and after ten minutes I went out to the parking lot, sat down on the asphalt, ate my yogurt at the level of the car tires, and then went back inside to let the manager Mr. Ernest 'Gene' Michelle, who is a lovely person in his own right, know to what extent this employee should be held accountable for her discriminatory, non-compassionate behavior, in which she acted as little other than a grotesque, thoughtless obstruction. Even absent interaction with her, since she is an older individual as am I, I was aware from her conduct, while she was marching around the premises barking out orders at others, that she carries a particularly weighty chip on her shoulder. She refused to reveal her name after I told her how improperly she had handed the matter, making me inquire about it from another worker, since she was not wearing any nametag. Her excuse was that she had to call the authorities to carry down the chair, which was one of the light-weight folding chairs that were placed around the aforementioned table. How patently preposterous! I am fortunate that I did not faint on the floor and cause a scene for the other poor shoppers and staff, who are actually a most attentive crew overall. Authorities — necessary to carry down a folding chair for an individual about to go into diabetic distress — can this woman be for real? The entire display of her disposition was extremely unprofessional, and if she has the opportunity to abuse others as she abused me, would bespeak a most disproportionate character development of permanently repellent deportment that I am sure Stop and Shop, Inc. does not wish to see regularly purveyed toward its public.

Nothing special was asked of this individual that would have solicited the least degree of business acumen, in that obviously is she occupying a position of authority. There was no inordinate requirement required of her role in the situation apart from the simplest one of basic humanity, which is entirely lacking in this individual. I am sorry to say how I can only describe her behavior and overall deportment as unnecessarily viscous, hostile, and antithetical to the promotion of the atmosphere in which healthy American business can be unconditionally maintained for growth in the future. The fact that she is no youngster and should have developed a skill-set that would have allowed for the greater access to wisdom is also rather shocking in the absence of protocol presented — meaning that if she cannot evince the least drop of sensibility vis-à-vis an older person of her comparable age who is calling out in physical distress: I shiver to imagine how must she be violating the respect called for in the exchanges she habitually engages in with all the youngsters of the Stop and Shop enterprise under her express 'command'?

This incident was so alarming, making me feel like a fool since I was ill that I was compelled to describe it to those in positions of greater authority than this woman, since I am concerned that she has been permitted to get away such bad behavior absent anyone resisting her patent ignorance. When I engaged her in dialogue, she just turned her back on me when she was not able to impose her ideas on the exchange --- the resonance from which fractured my nerves in contemplation of how this could even have possibly occurred.
