I have purchased a sofa from them and the delivery arrangement is really awful. They only correspond by emails and embed in their email very tight turnaround that I have to confirm by. Even I responded each time before the deadline outlined in their email, at the end, they still gave my delivery spot away. If everything is run within tight timelines that I have to compete with others over a delivery spot, why can't they call me or text me? After they told me they gave my spot away, I asked to speak to their manager in my email. But nobody responded to my email and of course nobody called me back. The whole experience is very one-sided, they tell you and you comply. The sofa is not a cheap one nor an on-sale item. However, the delivery arrangement process is far worse than an online supermarket delivery.
I should have done my research and look at all the reviews before I shopped with them. Lesson learnt on my side. But apparently no lesson learnt on their side after all these customer complaints.
