When dealing with this agency, you need to accompany it with jumping up and down with your fist in front of you and shout 'F***' loudly OR they will ignore you. That's me and my housemate case. It took us more than 2 months, going in and out of the office, emailed them countless times just to get the bond agreement signed. I feel like they fooled us just because we are young. Every time we emailed them, no reply, when we came to the office, they said the responsible person is currently not in the office. After several times coming to the office and finally the responsible person was there, he said to come again. How f*cked up is that? They think we have so much free time to deal with them.
I called Stockdale and Leggo agency and paid $160 for they can find me an apartment. I paid with a money order check from my back. The rental leasing agency gave me the run around and has not provided an apartment for me to move in. I went in person to ask for my money back and but they lost my file.
