Sterns & Foster review: Pillows

Purchased 2 King S&F pillows which arrived yesterday. Spent $280 and this is an awful product. It smells and it is over sized and does not perform as indicated. I have an older pillow of the same make different size and it was fine. Contacted the company and they claim as a “zero waste” company they don’t take returns. I said fine give me a credit. Nope. Whatever is going on at this company following their sale it is no longer the same quality product. Do not purchase pillows. Do not purchase anything. I paid a ton of money for junk foam that wrecks my neck. I have to throw them away and my money away. Read return policy. Do not purchase.
