Steak 'n Shake

I made two separate trips to Steak and Shake this week located 4545 Outer Loop Louisville, ky 40219, both going thru drive thru, around 9pm. Both visits i never received any service, i pulled up to the lighted menu board, waited 10 mim. And no one answered. A string of cars followed behind me, growing impatient as well. I began to tell, "hello, is some one there?" Again no answer. I drove around to the pick up window, veered thru and saw several workers, they saw me and just ignored me. I saw aone lasy who wore a manager nametag, look right at me then walked away.Why have a drive thru if you arent going to to any orders? I drove off and went to McDonalds, as they were the closest place open. This happened two separate times, once on Monday eve, and then again Wednesday night. They have signs up everywhere on the building stating that they are open 24 hrs. Wont bother going back, the manager looked right at me and chose not to acknowledge me. Guess Steak and Shake is doing really well financially as they sure wasnt interested in my business:-(
