Not only did the Deputy Director Samuel Taub and his Navigator Thereasa lie to us they committed fraud in filing our applications for assistance.

Then to to it off they committed discrimination based on disability. As I am disabled and was unable to accept hotel vouchers for a different county and 50 miles away 3000+ ft in elevation above where I'm at now. I have a brain tumor and the travel was not possible. Stated by Thereasa that if I refused them I would receive zero assistance. This is exactly what has been done to my family.

We were eligible for ERAP Emergency Rental Assistance Programs funds but the Navigator Thereasa did not submit our applications and falsified our case as confirmed by an oversight the Dept. Of financial authority. DFA

Due to this fraud and corruption the actions of these state agents and the associated program agents, along with on action by the states elected and appointed officials... My family with 2 disabled members has been left homeless. This in a rural Southern New Mexico County of Otero. Where there are no shelters and no assistance for the homeless.

Complaints and reports of these violations have gone unanswered by the state and federal agencies responsible for such infractions. The equal treatment under the law is a joke. We have experienced bias and discrimination and retaliation by every dept in the state. From the courthouse staff and judges to the senators and congressman. Not one entity in the entirety of the state of New Mexico has bothered to do anything about these violations.

The federal agencies have all sent receipt of complaints filed yet not one has done anything about what has transpired.

Not one of the legal assistance services or attourney law firms advocacy groups that we have spoken to has accepted our case.

This horrendous treatment has gone on now for 22months. The shear fact that not one entity has done nothing about it is appalling.

Equal access to justice is just not for the disabled or average

Americans as far as we have seen.

Someone with the authority should clean house over actions like this.

Claimed loss: Refusal by state disbursement agent to acknowledge eligibility in federally funded programsNo ERAP funds released to applicant.

Desired outcome: Reimbursement for the original funds eligible, with interest, punitive damages.medical conditions deterioration. Public apologies from everyone involved from senator to janitor. charges for criminal actions on each responsible party.
