Starpoint Resort Group - Sapphire Club review: Vacation club

FURIOUS!

We will be contacting our attorney. This company has misrepresented every single aspect of their "program"!

I have detailed notes, dates, times, who we spoke with, inconsistencies etc. I even have the original sheets the "salesman" in Sedona wrote on with how the program worked and what we would get... none of it true!

We have talked to billing, to sales, to customer service and they only thing they have "offered" us is to upsell the program - requesting another $8,000!

We contacted the company and talked to "finance" about ways to sell it back due to financial hardship in our family they informed us there was nothing they could do and we just had to pay. We asked questions they were to look into and get back to us, so we held back a payment till we got an answer. They did not call us back and them they reported it as a late payment when it was still in the 30 day grace period they promised! They said you have to pay, to bad so sad.

Looking for ANY direction on how to proceed and make this company pay!
