Starbucks review: Covid-19 cases at starbucks in South Florida

Hello,
I am contacting you to complain about unsafe work conditions and etiquette at a Starbucks location near me. My complaint is about the Starbucks Store in Miami Lakes, FL (store number #8647) I have come to find out that 8 of the 14 employees at this store have tested positive or have come into contact with an employee that has tested positive for COVID-19/Corona virus. My concern is that I have also come to find out that upon learning this information, the store manager Michelle, still believes that it is safe and acceptable to open and operate the store at normal capacity and hours with the rest of their staff not having any further testing. None of their other employees have been tested in the last month to two weeks and are all required to still show up to work tomorrow after finding out that their coworkers are positive as of today. This is not only risking the lives and livelihoods of all of their store employees and their respective families but also of that of their valued customers. I believe that this store should be shut down for the allotted 2 week span that all other businesses (including other Starbucks locations) in South Florida and the rest of this country have had to abide by in the case of COVID contraction, as well as further testing of all of their employees. I have tried to contact Starbucks corporate but they have not responded.
