Re: I am Mohit Gupta and am employed with Star Alubild Pvt Ltd Gurgaon. More than a year back, I had paid Rs. 1882/- in cash and submitted documents for new fwp wireless connection in your Gurgaon agency located opposite SBI bank Mehrauli road, basement Gurgaon. I took a receiving of Rs. 1882/- (scanned of which is attached herewith). The sales Executive told me that after three days the phone will be delivered on our site. Moreover, on the third day I found the agency missing. I located your head office in Ishwar Nagar, near modi mill, Delhi where I was informed that such type of matter are being looked after by Mr. Mandip Chadha.

Accordingly I contacted Mr. Chadha and he checked each connection and asked for the documents. I had deposited all the documents with Mr. Chadha but no reply was received from his side. Hence, I again called him up and he informed me that there is non-availability of network at our factory and the network connection can be taken at any of the DLF site located in Gurgaon. As per information received from Mr. Chadha I had deposited all the related documents but whenever he is contacted he says that he is not in the office and for this matter I should contact Customer care. On contacting Customer Care cell two e-mail id have been given so that we can confirm our connection.

The above mentioned situation reflects that Star AluBuild Pvt. Ltd customer service is very poor and Star AluBuild Pvt. Ltd people do not show any concern towards your customers instead of repetitive calls. I suggest everyone do not use this company services!

As we are all aware that Reliance Communications has brought a revolution in the are of communications. Keeping this in mind we at Star Alubuild, a company leader in aluminum curtain walling, doors, windows and facade with a nation wide presence, planned to change over our mobile connections from Airtel to Reliance to give maximum benefits to our employees who are posted in entire India. Accordingly we had purchased for our company 70 Reliance mobile sets (model no classic 701) at the initial stage with a plan to cater about200 handsets through Reliance authorized outlet Ekta Telecom, a reliance web world express, NM-7, Old DLF Colony, Sector-14, Gurgaon.

The 70 reliance mobile sets (model no classic 701) received by us are not functioning properly and there are many shortcomings in the model. Vide our letter No. Star/462/Reliance/AS/10887, dated 2nd November, 2007 same was communicated to Ekta Telecom. Ekta Telecom had been asked to replace all the 70 handsets with a better quality telephone as soon as possible and also stop the billing process of these handsets w.e.f [protected] till the time the replaced sets are not received.

In this matter we have not received any positive response from Ekta Telecom due to which we are suffering a lot.

Hence, it is requested to kindly look into this matter and help us out as we are suffering a lot.

I have a very bad experience with big bazaar at salapuriya tower Bangalore. Actually i had a free coupon, got in big bazar credit card but due to big q and bad long service made me to lose the validity of that coupon(250).

Today i had been to big bazar to purchase mobile there at cash counter there was a icici credit card sweeper then also that cashier sweep in hdfc and made me pay more for that.

These small things if wont b taken care then it may lead to bad quality and service. I am just mailing to make ur attention towards customers bcoz every person has not so free time to search big bazar email address and mail.
