Sunday 05/20/2012 I was stop by on this store to buy ink with my reward coupon, first cashier said I can't recycle any ink because show it I have 20 pc recycle. I told them I never recycle this month. Next I 'm paying my purchase with my coupon reward issue by reward center she pissed me off again. Can I see your id. I said id for what?? She said because a lot of people used some one reward coupon. I explain to her I have my reward card here why you needed my id. #ing mexican manager come saying same thing and he said don't come again to my store name "luis" I never done see stupid manager poor customer service still be hire
I will file law sue again staples about ask id for stupid reason. Simple stop all reward coupon if you don't let people used.
Stop doing #ing stupid thing.

    I file law sue again taples, manager no tell me com bak to store, i pants crap pissed off, so bad mad.

    Bet money that the '###ing mexican manager' can type in English better than you can.

    But forgive us for checking your identity. Can I borrow your card numbers, expiration dates, and CCVs? I mean, if they check my ID, I can't use them! =D
