S&T Insurance is the agent I am using for my home and automobile insurance policies. They changed my policy holders for my automobile in March and I paid twice for the same coverage because they did not cancel the original policy. I have been calling and emailing them for almost three months without any type of replies. I am owed money and need to make sure I am not being charged twice for the same coverage again. I am due a refund by S&T Insurance for the over payment.
I have called 50 +/- times and emailed them 10 +/- times over the last three months, this is not a situation where they did not get my attempts to contact them.
James Steele and S&T Insurance needs to be reprimanded for their business practices.

Desired outcome: I would like a simple phone call, resolution, and explanation to the double insurance policy on my automobile that has occurred. I would like to receive a phone call with their explanation.
