St Helens Store review: Staff at St Helens Branch

I am emailing to complain about the way my husband and I were treated in St Helens store on Sunday 27 the Nov.

We went in to buy a fit bit and wanted to use some love 2 shop vouchers we had, sixty pounds worth all intact in the original book they came in, my husband is a park hamper agent.

The treatment we received by 3 members of staff was appalling, 1 ordinary shop assistant and 2 so called mangers. They were adamant our vouchers were fake shouted at us in the store and accused us of being criminals and kept saying that they were seizing the vouchers and we could not have them back. I told the staff I wanted them back, in the end we got them back, only because I kicked up a fuss and I wanted a letter stating whet they intended doing The vouchers are obviously real. Long story short we went to a different branch and they were accepted because they were indeed genuine. I could not stope crying and shaking all day Sunday the shock of the staffs behaviour really upset me. I went back to the store today to have it out with staff and they gave me a phone number to complain that just cuts you off, all this palaver has cost me a lot of money in fuel I live in Wigan. I really feel all these badly behaved staff thought this was funny. I wondered if they are running a scam taking good vouchers of poor innocent people they said they had seized a lot. They had a photo copy of a picture of fake vouchers but they haven’t read it properly.

Please respond to this email and I hope you can sort out the staff out I am still upset today, I feel they have made a fool of us.
