Spring-Green Lawn Care review: Over billing for lawn treatment

I called Spring Green from the Lombard Office back in August 2025 to get a quote on Overseeding my lawn. They stated that this location was not providing this service. I decided to perform the work myself and calculated a lawn treatment area of roughly 5,000 sf. I recalled from all of my previous lawn treatment tickets that the application zone was billed at 8,000 sf. I called the Lombard office and stated they were overbilling me. The agent stated by phone that they would not provide a credit for 2025 season but did send a corrected and offered one free lawn treatment for $47.95 for the next season. Spring Green had already sent out invoices for 2026 season for $793.47 based on 8,000 sf. The corrected bill was $530.55 for 5,000 sf. This is cost reduction of 33% reduction when the calculated reduction in square foot area should be closer to 37.5%. The rate for 2025 was $777.90. The 33% calculated credit should be $256.71 and this is the credit requested. I was also overbilled for seasons 2023 and 2024 in excess of $486.26. I am entitled to additional credits for 2026 season greater than one free lawn treatment.
I have left messages and emails to the Manager, Dave Hellinger but have not received a response.
