Spokeo advertises a 95 cent search, which I did, only to discover that they signed me up for continuing service at $24.95 per month...caught them after the first-month fraud, and cancelled...still stuck for that first charge...in this day and age, with companies fighting for every customer, it is idiotic to continue this deception...no need to add more to this complaint, Spokeo knows what they are doing, and they don't care a damn...
Desired outcome: refund would be nice

Same here.. they are liars, and thieves. Did the same thing to me and PayPal didn't help me, even though they said "We have you covered.". Spokeo does not have any information that is worth money. Most of it is wrong.
