Photographer sues spinnaker direct, publisher of fairfield county home magazine, owned by matthew kolk for non - payment of services. Matthew kolk is ordered to pay photographer $1824. 00 in december 2010. It appears that full payment has not yet been made a full 5 years later. Matthew kolk changed the name of the magazine to east coast home and is the principal of the publication. It is worth considering this event when doing business.
Well, lets let the photographer speak for himself. Feel free to view the email he sent in december last month regarding the state of this situation. If you speak for him and say he was paid i suppose you should update your information. Truth always wins in the end. You cant hide from the truth it will always come forward and there is so much out there to support these claims against you this is just one of the many many people that have come forward. Be careful as you might inspire a class action against your publication.
then why did you expose him to this post at 8am if you dont want to see him get involved with stupid childish acts. It seems that he was fine without your friendship. With friends like you who needs enemies?
THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED TO FULL SATISFACTION. PLEASE DISREGARD THIS COMPLAINT. THE BUSINESS IN QUESTION RESOLVED THE ISSUE COMPLETELY.
sounds like a terrible thing
i can speak for the photographer and he was paid long before this process
Just spoke with Jim at 8AM as I said no problems
I am a friend of his and don't want to see him get involved with some stupid childish acts of this Bank Defender.
