This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I put down a $500 deposit for a Pomeranian puppy. I was told I would have first pick of two litters both born in February 2022. My deposit was held for four months and in the end I was unable to pick a puppy all were sold and I was offered another puppy in four months. This breeder was dishonest. She wouldn’t answer questions and only told me there wasn’t a puppy for me when the puppies were a week away from going home. Poor communication.

Please tell the whole story, you signed a contract on a puppy that I was to deliver to Idaho from Texas. I genetically health tested her out of my pocket at your request and helped you understand the results. She didn't carry color which is not what you wanted because you wanted to try breeding. I offered a refund and you decided to still get her up until the night before we were to leave to deliver her.

I was kind enough to offer you pick from my next litter due, there was 2 Merles, a Chocolate and a Black, you expressed interest in the Black but wanted to wait until my next litter. In that litter there was only a Chocolate Merle. You expressed interested in only the Black Merle despite her being exactly the same genetically as the one you backed out on. You had 0 interest in the Chocolate Merles and I had families on my waitlist for that exact color and pattern so I proceeded with them.

I even offered you my pick of the litter, a Lavender Merle, which you were all for, but when she was charting too tiny I didn't feel it was safe to transport her that far and offered you pick from my next litter or a refund.

You chose a refund.

Your husband and you decided until after I refunded your deposit to write negative reviews despite me trying my best to make sure you got the puppy you wanted.

You broke our contract when you decided to volunatrily back out of the puppy I had held for you last minute. In that same contract it stated the deposit was non-refundable unless something happened to the puppy in my care. You backing out the night before because a puppy didn't have color in her background is not ground for a refund.
