Speed X review: Liars. Horrible service

I ordered items from Shein on December 12th. It is December 28th and I still have not received my items. According to their website, they accepted on December 17th, 24th and 27th. They claim to have attempted delivery on December 19th, 20th and 21st. According to the website, it has been sitting in Springfield Garden, NY since the 24th. I live in Maryland, so there is no reason for me to still not have my items. They never attempted to deliver. I have a camera and can see when things are delivered. They marked it as undeliverable, invalid address, no access, unsafe, etc... So far from the truth. I have sent them a Google picture of the development, the name of the development and street names. Still no package. I am livid. Shein wants to know if I would wait until some time in January. Haven't I waited long enough? I really want my things but at this point, I am contemplating asking for a refund and not using this company again. I just ordered something about a month ago and delivery was fine...but it wasn't coming by SpeedX. I've contacted Shein and Speed X, so many times, but still no resolution. I'm used to companies sending a replacement when you don't get your items...not this. This just doesn't make any sense. Shein knows that this courier has a lot of complaints, but still continues to use them.
