I pay my bill every month on time..if I pay a different amount for extra to go to any fees escrow etc the payment goes to unapplied payments until I get an intent to foreclose even though they are holding the payment because they don't know how to apply it..I get it applied and they have never corrected.my creditreport after numerous calls to supervisor s. Then when I am calling I can't tell you how many times I get hung up on when they are transferring me to the correct department. I don't think they are qualified to hold mortgages they cannot service them at all.
Desired outcome: My credit report fixed for all these payments that were held in unapplied making me look late
They are the worst morgage company I have ever dealt with I pay my morage on time every month. They are destroying my credit They are not Appling my payment to another account. Will not help to fix the problem.
