This is a total scam outfit operating from Panama and is associated with another scam outfit named MSPC with a PO Box in Lincoln, Nebraska. They take your money and do nothing...except spend it. Reporting them to the FBI, Federal Trade Commission and the IRS. Panama has also agreed to lend a hand. Please stay away from these scam artists.

As one commenter said above, SSO has indeed been delivering smokes to their members since 2007. I have used them since that time and they have been exceptional. The trouble is that the relentless tax-hungry attacks by government have made it increasingly difficult to deliver. They block accounts for inactivity or requests to leave the membership. Because of the nasty tax environment, SSO is a private membership club and some people simply cannot get around the pretty simple rules for joining - then they post ignorant complaints in places like this. SSO is an honest operation and provides a unique service to members in the USA. Pay attention to the details and you will have no trouble with them.
May 7th, 2013 - after placing and getting a few orders this time I invested $280 and received nothing! They got new shipper and say they don't deliver to my zipcode. Won't refund money. Tried all email addresses available and my supposed sponsor Capt. Jack. Money still shows in my account, but I've read that others in my position just get blocked from even entering the website anymore. I'm so stupid. Just desperate for a cig. I can afford to smoke.
Totally disagree. Been buying from SSO since they opened in 2007, with no problems.
I have ordered from Sorvan Solutions Online twice and have no trouble with them. I have received my cigarettes both times in a timely manner. Do you think they will scam me once I have gained total trust in them?
I got suckered in for $70. Red flag didn't come up until I tried to order and noticed they don't mention the quantity you get. All they do say is 4 units - assumeing cartons. Hell I could get 1 cigarette for $70. I too could kick myself for falling for this. Guess Uncle Sam has us smokers by the short ones.

Don't fall for this "tax free" BS. for cigarettes!
They will lead you along until they get your money and then Block you from logging on to the website when you are ready to place your order for cigarettes. I'm so mad @ myself for doing business with a company with nothing but a PO Box..I thought I knew better.
Valuable lesson here for anyone doing the research.
I wish I had searched more before sending my $$$.
