Souther Investments(P)Ltd is one builder in Kerala with many of their projects unfinished even after a decade. Queensway Point is one such project. Those who purchased apartments in their projects are still waiting for the completion of the projects.

Queensway Point is one of the projects of Southern Investments (P) Ltd [Si], started in 1995. They could not finish even 40 apartments ad hand over to the owners. So be careful if any one is buying flats from this builder!
