Sophia_bitcoin review: Bitcoin scammer and thief on Instagram

I received a group message on Instagram from someone I know of stating they received money from this Sophia_bitcoin. They claimed they got back a certain amount of money. I'm don't know anything about bitcoin but was interested. It sounded too good to be true. I contacted the person I knew of several times asking how legit this was. She lied too and showed me a screenshot of the money posted to her cash app. More lies.

The person I know of said to email her. I did and she had me purchase bitcoin for herself and had me thinking I was purchasing it for myself. She stole $4, 800 from me. My bank refunded me the $2, 800, which I was happy they did, but Cashapp wouldn't refund the other $2, 000 even though the person stole it from me. They are terrible for not doing so and should be reported.

They have several instagram accounts. Not sure if its multiple people or one person. Also goes by the name sophia_bitcoin mining. Has Facebook and Whatsapp accounts too. Here is the telephone number they used:

I recently found out the lady who stole my money isn't a woman but a man pretending to be one. He is scamming others on Instagram as well and continues to do so after I have repeatedly reported him to Instagram. I of course contacted my bank, the FTC and I have to contact the police about this matter. I will post the picture they are using as well as their Instagram they are still using. Still seeking justice. Please be careful everyone and trust your intuition and judgment.
