I bought a rebuilt auto part from Solo Auto (solopcms.com) and it came with a warranty. Unfortunately, the part turned out to be defective and I had to send it back. However, the company held onto the part for weeks and when I finally received it back, it was the same part without any repairs or replacements. To make matters worse, the guy I spoke to was quite obnoxious and even hung up on me when I asked for the company to stand behind what they sell.

I was really disappointed with my experience with Solo Auto. I understand that things can go wrong with rebuilt auto parts, but I expected the company to honor their warranty and make things right. Instead, I was met with poor customer service and a lack of accountability.

It's frustrating when you spend your hard-earned money on a product and it doesn't work as it should. I was hoping that Solo Auto would be a reliable source for rebuilt auto parts, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for quality auto parts and good customer service.

I recently had an experience with Solo Auto and I have to say, it was not a good one. I called in to inquire about purchasing a pcm for my van, but the representative on the phone tried to sell me a pcm that wasn't even compatible with my vehicle. When I pointed this out, they insisted that it didn't matter and that I should just buy it anyway. As someone who has been a master auto technician for 40 years, I know that this is not true. It absolutely matters that the pcm is the correct one for my van.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Solo Auto. It seemed like they were only interested in making a sale, regardless of whether or not the product was actually right for me. I would caution anyone considering doing business with this company to be very careful. In my opinion, their service is terrible and their products are not worth the money.

I bought an ECM for my ride from Solo Auto (solopcms.com) but they sent me the wrong one. I had to pay to send it back to them so they could send me the right one. I was pretty bummed out about that, but what really grinds my gears is that they didn't even care about my shipping costs. I mean, come on, it was their mistake! They should have refunded me for that.

Anyway, they did eventually send me the right ECM, but it still has some issues. I've been trying to get in touch with them to see if they can help me out, but they haven't been responding to my emails. It's really frustrating because I need my car to be running smoothly.

Overall, I'm not too happy with my experience with Solo Auto. They made a mistake and didn't take responsibility for it, and now I'm having trouble getting the help I need. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I had a real bad experience with Solo Auto (solopcms.com). I got a 1998 Jeep Wrangler with a bad PCM that was showing codes for the 02 sensor. I took it to the dealer and they said the 02 sensor and loom were good. The vehicle was still running, but I knew I had to get the PCM replaced. So, I decided to give Solo Auto a try and ordered three replacement PCMs from them.

Unfortunately, none of the three replacement PCMs worked and I had to return them. The first one showed codes for high battery temperature, air intake temperature high voltage, engine coolant temperature, and throttle position sensor on a cold engine. The second one showed no codes, but the engine would start and then the tach and other meters would drop out and the engine would stall. The third one showed no codes and the engine wouldn't even start. Each time I had to reinstall the original PCM and the vehicle would operate.

I tried to contact Solo Auto through email, but they didn't respond. They didn't offer any explanation for the defective units either. When I returned the third unit, I made repeated inquiries for a refund, but I got no response. I decided to call them and was told that the "girl" was out until 1PM. They promised to call me back with the status of the refund, but they didn't call. I was really frustrated with their horrible customer service and obviously poor workmanship.

In the end, I had to open a claim with PayPal to get my money back. Solo Auto didn't have a leg to stand on and should have just refunded the money. I wouldn't recommend Solo Auto to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and their workmanship is obviously poor.
