Solid Signal review: Refunding my money after I canceled an order b/c it was gonna be two months back order

They listed them as available, charged my card, the next day e-mailed me"they did not have, nor would have my tower bolt kits for 2 months".
So 5 days ago I began the refund my card process. I called on the phone and verbally canceled and the guy ssid it was done but no money back, like 67$ Plus 18$ worth of "priority" 2nd day air"Shipping" that was never available, now I'm just out the money?
