Solgen installed solar panels on my roof on March 10. I have not been able to turn it on, as it did not pass inspection due to a missing permit from the City Planning Department. Multiple calls to Solgen have not been returned. I am unable to find out if they are pulling the missing permit, and/or when I will be able to turn on the panels. The Sense device was defective and was eventually replaced by the company. The other issue is a monitoring device installed on top of my modem, which has never operated. I was told it was my firewall, and I have called my internet provider and have been assured that it is not a firewall preventing the function of the monitoring unit. At this point, they are simply ignoring my phone calls. The wait times are interminable, so I have been leaving voicemail, to which they have ceased responding.
