I ordered Sneakers through Facebook which was my first mistake. I got the sneakers after about three weeks. The ad on Facebook said no problem with returns. I couldn't reach this company and had the charge for$46.00 taken off my credit card. It turns out this company is in China and the address on the package is in California. they said its a way station and they cannot be returned to China the Company is Shang Zhilei

They want me to return these sneakers to China. It never said anything in the ad about a return to China. I asked them to send me a prepaid label and they said they can't do that. I can't afford to send these back to china and they keep sending me messages through messenger wanting me to return the sneakers that do not fit. they lied I can't return these to China I can't afford the chanrge which is between $40-$70 dollars. I am being harrassed by them for weeks on messenger. There is no US address for the return.
Desired outcome: I told them I would send a check for the sneakers and not return them and give them away if they send me a label to there address in Japan but they are not happy with that. I would take the $46 loss just to stop being annoyed
Their men's sneakers are garbage! After about 10 times I wore them the soles showed excessive wear and the top of the sneaker developed a hole over my big toe. The company refused to do anything about it. More China junk!
How did you get a credit for the sneakers? I purchased what I thought were Birkenstocks. It showed they were on sale for $90, so I didn't think they were knockoffs. I purchased from Evoosense I didn't realize they were from China until I received the shipping information. I tried to cancel the order, but they were already shipped. The company offered my 20 percent off to keep them, but they are clearly knockoffs. I don't want them. They told me to return to China and not the California distribution center. Should I call my credit card and get the charge dismissed?
