SoCal Cut & Sew review: Business materials withheld and sewing services not provided

I am filing a formal complaint against SoCal Cut & Sew Inc., located at 1365 E Edinger Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92705, for withholding my business property, failing to perform contracted sewing/manufacturing services, and refusing all communication.

I own MTTP LLC and provided SoCal Cut & Sew with my business materials, including fabric, components, and other proprietary items required for production. These materials were delivered to them for the purpose of completing agreed‑upon sewing and manufacturing work. After receiving my materials, SoCal Cut & Sew failed to complete the work, failed to provide any updates, and ultimately stopped responding entirely.

I made multiple attempts to contact the company through email, phone, and text. All communication was ignored. At no point did they provide an explanation, a timeline, or any legitimate reason for withholding my property. They have refused to return my materials, which belong to my business and are necessary for my inventory and operations.

Their refusal to communicate and return my property has caused financial harm to my business, disrupted my production schedule, and left me without materials that I purchased and provided in good faith. Their conduct appears intentional, negligent, and unprofessional.

I am requesting that SoCal Cut & Sew immediately return all MTTP LLC materials in their possession and provide a full explanation for their failure to complete the contracted work. I am also documenting this incident publicly so other businesses are aware of their behavior and the risk of entrusting them with materials or production work.

I will provide supporting evidence, including communication attempts, invoices, and proof of materials provided.
