I went to Soala Nengie the owner of Mega hair brazil to get my hair knotted and it was the worst thing I have ever done. She told me that she had a special offer on to get my hair knotted with the hair provided for £200 which I thought was a really excellent deal so I arranged an appointment with her. Firstly the first time I went to see her I turned up at the flat and she was not in. I phoned her to see where she was and she said she was still in bed, which I thought was a real cheek seeing as I had travelled a long way to see her. She told me she would be with me in half an hour so I waited for her patiently. After half and hour had gone by I called her for a second time and she said she would be another half an hour. In all I waited around for her for about an hour and a half only to find out that she could not do my hair that day afterall. I was absolutely furious seeing as I really needed my hair done on that day as I had a wedding to go to in a few days time and it had took me a long time and expense to get to her. Even though I thought she was really unprofessional I booked in to see her the next day stupidly as I was really counting on her. When she was putting the hair extensions in my hair there was no mirror so I did not know what my hair looked like. But when I went to the toilet I found out that she had place in these really cheap small blonde hair extensions, which she was intending on dyeing, when she had told me on the phone that the hair she was going to use was 100% human indian hair in black and 18". I was absolutely mortified i felt like crying seeing as I had paid her £200 for some cheap horrible hair extensions that were completely the incorrect colour. Not only this but later when her cousin came to help her out I found out that the hair was really milky way which is really cheap synthetic hair and that she was doing the strands way too thinly just to save on her hair. I finished up having to spend another £100 for her to use russian hair instead. Also she used white elastic to knot the hair in with which made my hair look like I had bits of dandruff in it. The hair looked really whispy and not at all how I had expected. Even the next day when I got it styled by another hairdresser she commented on how thin the hair was. Soala nengie is a very unprofessional hairdresser and her so called business Mega Hair Brazil is a joke if this is the way she treats her customers. Later I additionally found out that my other buddy had been to see Soala Nengie previously and she had done an dreadful JOB on her! I advised people to be very careful if they want to get their hair knotted by Soala Nengie. This woman does not seem like she enjoys what she does, so if this is the case she should not waste people's time and hard earned CASH.

Also an extra thing to add, I ordered some brazillian hair products from her too as a christmas present for someone and when the arrived she had so terribly packaged them not even placing the shampoos in a secure box, that the shampoo bottle had cracked and the shampoo was everywhere! Soala Nengie is a complete nightmare!

I agree with the complaint as a similar experience happened to me. I spoke to her on the phone to choose the hair she assured me she would have it. When i got there she said she didnt have the hair I wanted and wanted to use a different hair. She was also over an hour late to the appointment and I had to go back as she didnt put enough hair and it looked stringy because of the little amount of hair she used. All i can say is the hair may be good quality, but when it comes to fiting it, I would never pay for her services!

I have bought my extentions and wefts from 'Mega Hair Brazil' for the past 3 years and I have never had problems with the items I purchased.
Normally I buy the Brazillian Remy (straight 16" which cost around £120 +). These wefts, I have used over and over again because they are such good quality.
What you have said above is completely contrary to my experience with this company.
