This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

purchased a snapper 61" zero turn mower 360zxt with briggs and stratton engine on 01/25/2022 sn 2691817.

drive belt flew off -dealer called- we delivered to dealer who put belt back on

drive belt flew off again-dealer called - we delivered to dealer- mower in dealer shop for over a week, heard nothing- c lled dealer and were informed he could not get a replacement belt until february 2023. at that point we ask dealer to get our money back as we needed to get another mower that worked to mow our grass. Dealer would check on it and and called back, said a belt was found in a desk drawer that was held back because of shortage and found the reason the belt kept coming off was because of a plastic fan piece was defective. so after a couple of months wait we got our mower back. and have mowed 2 acres and

today my husband did his usual maintenance and found one of the front wheels did not have a bearing installed when new. called dealer today, and

have not heard back yet.

snapper customer service was no help at all to solve these problems just said take it back to the dealer. We are afraid this mower will not be in good working condition until after the warrenty runs out.

we again without a snapper mower

Desired outcome: . We would like to have money back to trade in on a different reliable zero turn mower
