Snapchat permanently banned my iPhone device without any valid reason.
I have always respected the rules and never violated Snapchat’s terms of use. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team, I’ve only received automated replies that did not help.
I am currently subscribed to Snapchat+ (paid on July 22, 2024 for a 1-year plan), but I can no longer use Snapchat at all. Even creating a new account doesn’t work — the app still blocks me.
This is completely unfair, especially for a paying customer.
I respectfully request that Snapchat unblock my device immediately or provide a clear and official explanation. If not, I ask for a full refund of my Snapchat+ subscription.
