I went to Smiths to purchase a cell phone for my 11 yr old son. I pick up the board (ticket) of yhehone I wanted to take to the register for the cashier to retrieve the phone from behind the counter, but there was nobody working that counter. So I proceeded to one of the cashiers and ask him where can I go to purchase this phone he said any of the cashiers or ask one of our employees at self check out they could help you if you are in a hurry. Because it only had a couple registers open and there was a lot of people in line so 0I proceeded to the self checkout and ask the employee working if he could get this phone for me so he got the board tag (ticket) from me and at that time there were to other lady employees just standing there do NOTHING and approached me and the other employee who took the tag from me and snatched the tag from the him (employee) who I ask to get me the phone. She ask me who told you to come to self checkout, in a rude way. I told her one of the cashiers. Because there was no one at the register where you would normally purchase phone from she continued to try and get me to point out which cashier it was. So I replied by saying what's it matter who I just want to purchase this can one of you lady's help me out please. Being that you to ladies are not doing anything. The to ladies were Managers of the store one of them was Veronica. I didn't get the other managers name. So Veronica ended up grabbing the tag from the other manager and proceeded to the counter where the phones were at. While we were walking to the counter the other manager was still talking about which cashier it was who told me that. I replied who cares who it was atheist there not standing around doing nothing. Then Veronica said I getting it for you so be happy with that. So I ask her if there a corporate number I can get from her because I ging to file a complaint. So responded by saying that she is going to Deny selling me the phone and to leave. So I said so you are going deny a $55 sale from me. OK that's fine I will be contacting your corporate office on how you two managers treat customers. When I was walking out passing Veronica I heard her say under breath very quietly but load enough to hear her say "something"Niger". I was Appalled and there was a couple of other customers they probably hurt her too. But if that's the type of managers you have working for you maybe the local news should know about it. This Incident happened on Tuesday, the 8th of August around 6 or 7 pm

Desired outcome: Word of mouth get around and having racist managers running your store is beyond me and my morals. She has some nerve to say that. I sure she didn't even realize how load she said it. I should be Givin the phone .
