Smart Movers Logistics LLC in New Jersey review: Complaint

I moved from TN to AZ at the end of June 2022 and utilized Nationwide who then contracted out to Smart Movers Logistics, LLC in New Jersey. My experience with both Nationwide and Smart Movers was not a good one and I paid a lot of money to the company for this move. When my furniture finally arrived in AZ there was only 1 driver. He tried to locate local help but with no results. Luckily my nephew and a friend were available after unloading everything from the truck, the driver only gave them $50.00 each (really)! So I had to fork out another $150.00 to both of them. Besides losing and damaging items, Smart Movers Logistics, LLC lost my 2 white queen size bed rails. I have everything else for the bed except for these 2 items. I have not heard back from Smart Movers and I have contacted them via email, telecon, and txt. I am in the processing of submitting a claim but that does not replace my 2 bed rails and the other stuff that is lost or broken. If moving, I suggest you avoid these 2 companies.
