I am a very unhappy customer I had problems with my landline at first it was telling me I was blocked from calling doctors I rang up about it and thought I had it solved then I couldn't receive incoming calls so I rang again and got a technician who didn't fix the problem so after calling 6 technicians in total I had one who told me to reset the modem I did this not knowing this was going to muck up all our computers and had to ring back again this technician managed to get me on the net but not sort our issues with the computers we discovered later and still no landline with incoming calls we had to get someone in at our cost to sort out the internet and our computers. For some reason, the landline righted itself a few days ago. But having no landline for a month and all the stress it caused the family, I feel I should get some compensation. I had been in contact with a ruby who I was going around in circles with, I don't think see reads her emails properly.

Looking forward to hearing from you. I have been a customer for about 20 yrs and had no issues until now.
