SleepMastersCanada.com review: Dreamstar - natural latex hybrid midnight comfort

Bought the above mattress online at the end of November at Sleepmasterscanada.com.
Delivery was totally a mess and lengthy with multiple "attempted" days.
Delivery happened on a Sunday with no notice given.
Mattress arrived in a box and was laid down to expand immediately upon receipt.
Surprisingly, mattress proved quite thin and uncomfortable and I could feel the coils beneath me.

I wrote to the salesman soon after, advising him of my disappointment about the low quality of the mattress and he requested pictures as evidence. We took pictures with the measurements showing and of course, mattress is not at all the 14"as described in their specifications. Mattress is 12 1/2" on one side and 13" on the other side.

The salesgirl touted that it is 100% Canadian-made and for a Canadian - made mattress, it is totally a scam.
Now, the salesman and the store are all ignoring my complaint and it has been a month since I forwarded these pictures as evidence. So far, uptill now, no answer has been given to me.

The mattress is thin, uncomfortable and the coils beneath are felt when lying down.
Moreover, the salesgirl promised me a mattress protector, when order is placed. You can guess, no mattress protector was ever been sent to me. No mattress protector was placed in the box. When I asked for it to the salesman, he said, not to worry, it will be sent to me. So far, nothing received. I cannot believe such fraudulent salesmanship offered to customers for a 100% Canadian-Made product!

Consequently, none of my family members, friends and coworkers will ever deal with this dishonest store and manufacturer.
Dreamstar is manufactured in Ontario.
Now, we are asking for a full refund and a return to them of this badly manufactured mattress that is not in conformity with its specifications as outlined on their website (Dreamstar.com and Sleepamasterscanada.com).

It is very fraudulent as to sell a product that does not correspond to its specifications and to give to customers, an inferior and downgraded product.
On their website, all of the reviews are 5*, which obviously, after what I received, are fake.
Never again Dreamstar, never again Sleepmasterscanada. This bad experience is now posted on Facebook and other social medias for being misleading, and dishonest to customers.
