Skynet Malaysia (Total Express & Agency) review: complaint billing and services

1) Billing - 05/03/2018 received a billing wrongly tax invoice, call to the office pass line to account department Ms Liza, she said will check first. 19/03/2018 I WhatsApp the photo to her, she still no reply me. 28/03/2018 today I call her, she still said must check first, this is very waste my time.

2) Services - 28/03/2018 today 9.15 a.m call the skynet office to pick up document, the customer service give me the number are no 5, but on the time 3.45 p.m no person come to collect the document, I just call again. In the time 4.05 p.m the courier person come to collected. This is not 1 time is more then once.
