I contacted Skynet courier service

The Skynet courier service with package BUFZA6052116920YQ was around my area, communicated with the driver he told me to wait for him and he'll come drop it off but later when I gave him a call he didn't answer my phone calls. How do I get my package because it will be going back for the second time
