I made the switch from ADT to Skyline (Brinks) June 15. The sales guy assured me he would handle cancelling my ADT service. That representation was why I agreed to make the switch. A follow up survey was done within 24 hours- I asked for assurances the cancellation was done. The sales guy called back 2 days later and validated he had handled the cancellation. That was not true. I can understand him not knowing I had to handle the cancellation if he was new, but to call back and lie was blatant misrepresentation. ADT was highly professional when I called to cancel. Skyline cost me an extra month's service fee. Their sales guy cost them my trust. I will go out of my way to recommend their competition.
