Skullcandy review: The first and last experience with Skullcandy was the worst.

I received a Skullcandy discount coupon on Paytm and used it to order earbuds. The order was delayed for around 5 days. During this time, the delivery person marked delivery attempts daily by giving only a single missed call.

After following up with customer support every day, the order was finally delivered after 8:30 PM. At the time of delivery, the delivery person took the payment first and did not allow me to check the parcel. The package was already opened and the seal was broken.

I raised a complaint with customer support and shared an unboxing video as proof, but without proper verification, the video was termed fake and the case was closed without providing any resolution.

Recommendation: Do not blindly trust the delivery person. Always check your parcel before accepting it. Make the payment only after you have received and verified the order. If the order is prepaid, ensure that the parcel is properly sealed and intact before accepting delivery
