June 1/26, order# 250067850.
I placed an order for headphones with a 40% discount, won through Tim Hortons Roll Up To Win. Also entered a code for 'enjoy an extra 10% off your first purchase'. Both discounts applied, then I pressed 'Pay Now'. While payment processed, total cost jumped from $181.44 to $302.40. No option to cancel. Chat said, return product once received (?). Put in request to be contacted by a person. Pic clearly shows discounts. I want to be contacted, have charges corrected, and difference refunded.

Desired outcome: I would like to be contacted ASAP and have the charges corrected.
