Commercial urging you to “go, go to your Skippy place.”
Yet another triumph of abject stupidity over common sense! What the hell is "your Skippy Place"? Will eating a product filled with fat and salt, and often with sugar as well, get you to a "special" place? At almost 100 calories per tablespoon? This is among the stupidest, and actually most dangerous ads ever foisted upon the American public!
I love Skippy peanut butter. But I have to avoid going to a "Skippy place" too often, lest I put on the excess weight that 100 or so calories per tablespoon, along with the added dangers of high salt and fat, can do to me. It's actually a no-brainer. People need to NOT go to their Skippy place very often, lest they need to visit their physicians as well…..
