Desiree Revivo, she also goes by her maiden name Desiree Adl because if you check the BBB and the spa trader you will see the many business complaints against her husband Nathen Revivo AAA spa depot business. This is how they operate, She has a mock spa for sale on Van Nuys blvd on Sherman oaks. The business is listed in many places for different prices. We came apon the listing for $125,000 owner will carry. We went to the location and liked what we saw. We were told by Desiree that she had "two other potential buyers" coming in the next day. We put a $5000 deposit down in order to secure our right to purchase, and to finish our Due Dillegence. In doing this, we found numerous complaints about Nathan Revivo AND that Desiree did not own the trademark name "Skinology". It belongs to a small shop in Orange county When confronted with this, Nathan (who supposedly was in the hospital about to undergo heart surgery), started screaming and accusing us of just trying to get free treatments from his wife. We saw the psychotic behavior and offered to pay for the 20 minute demo that Desiree offered to give us to demo the machine. We then requested that our $5k be returned since we did not want to purchase from them any longer. He said he would not return our money because we had wasted his wife's time (on three meetings total). This guy is a criminal and this is a scam DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DESIREE ADL, DESIREE REVIVO, NATHAN REVIVO, SKINOLOGY on (4515 VAN NUYS BLVD) OR AAA SPA DEPOT.
They ripped a bunch of people off on Kickstarter too. Search for Desilu.

ALERT! Searching their names recently to see what else they were up to and Nathan Revivo and Desiree Adl (aka Revivo) who uses her maiden name to try and avoid scrutiny have started a new business.
They are the owners of Famous Cupcakes (www.famouscupcakes.com) and from the looks of it, they took the scammed dollars and just opened up in a new line of work. Perhaps you can pursue them there if you were indeed scammed, especially since they are supposed to be bankrupt.
Famous Cupcakes is as far away from spa services as you can get but perhaps that's the idea. I'm sure they will scam people there too. From what I can read, they charge $3 for a cupcake, lol, but at least people see it coming.
AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS! WE WERE SCAMMED AND UNFORTUNATELY, PEOPLE OFTEN FIND THESE POSTS TOO LATE.
