Sinasoid Brands review: Complaint 1

I order custom cables from a company called Sinasoid Pro Audio on June 28th 2021. I understand that custom items take some time so I waited but heard nothing until I reached out multiple times in October of that same year. After not hearing back for another month, I told them that I would just like a refund instead of having to wait for them to start making my cable.

I’ve been waiting and hearing one excuse after another; it is April 18th 2022 and I have still not received my refund. I have attached my original invoice and a screen shot of our last correspondence on March 30th of this year. Andy Kim is the owner of this company and he does not seem to be very helpful and at this point it seems that he does not intend on giving me my refund. Please help, I would like my refund back.
