I went to Sicard Holiday Campers Ltd for a product replacement from May 14th to July 28th. Unfortunately, they refused to take responsibility for replacing the product because the warranty had already expired. I had informed them about the warranty during the warranty period, but they still refused to replace it. The manufacturer even said that they were at fault for not filing within the known time frame, but the company still refused to take responsibility. I expected the dealership to take responsibility and replace the tank at their cost, but they didn't.

Bought a fifth wheel from Sicard Holiday Campers Ltd and they said there was a rodent in it, but they fixed a hole in the ceiling. We found out later that the rodent was probably a squirrel and it had ripped holes in the ductwork in the ceiling. This caused the air conditioning to leak into the ceiling instead of through the venting. We couldn't have known this before buying because it was too cold to use the A/C. We talked to many people at Sicards and they all said it shouldn't have been sold that way, but they won't fix it.

I bought a trailer from Sicard Holiday Campers Ltd in 2017. It's an old model, so I got the extended warranty for $1600. Last year, my fridge broke twice and I lost all my food. They fixed it for under $400, so I paid out of pocket. I waited until this year to call them again because of Covid-19. I left messages and filled out a service form on their website, but no one responded. I even went on social media to get their attention. Finally, a guy named Arian contacted me and said the service manager would call me back by Monday, but no one did.

We got a new *** from Sicard's in March and picked it up in June. They said they'd fix the front cap later, but when we got home, the left front tire went flat. We filled it up and went camping, but the electric jack didn't work right, the water tanks wouldn't pressurize, and the fridge didn't run on gas. When we got back, we saw that the water low point valve didn't drain right and there was a bad fix on the back right side. On the second trip, the water stopped pumping and the awning leaked in the middle. We tried to get help from Sicard's, but it was hard to get through to anyone. Finally, we talked to Adrian, who said he'd order parts, but then he disappeared. We tried again and talked to Sean, who eventually got us an appointment. We dropped off the trailer in October, but we haven't heard anything except that parts were ordered. We talked to Sean again, but he didn't get back to us. We asked for a refund or a new trailer, but we haven't gotten an answer. The trailer is outside in the winter and getting more damage.
