This company offers healthcare and is a total scam. I cancelled my "insurance plan" through all of the right channels and they continue to illegally debit money from my account each month. I'm contacting the authorities asap.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
can anybody please post the number to contact them im having the same problem money being takin out my account and i dont have no kind of connection with them or never have i dont even know what this really is
my husband passed away the begininng of december and they were contaced as not to take the $79.95 out of our checking any more.in january they did not but feb and march they did. i finally got there customer serivice number and have been calling for 3 days and still nobody will pick up the line. i sit on hold for hours at a time and still cannt get anybody from this company to answer a line. i have disputed this with my bank and hopefully it will stop. i am contacting the the attorney general to see if there is any thing they can do to stop this company from scamming anybody else. i myself do not believe any thing they do is helpful in any way, as each time my husband tryed to use the "discount card" no body in our area excepted it. this is a total scam. just think of how much money this company is making of off hard working people.
They took 58.95 out of my account under the name SIAM Pacific Group and prior to that they took out the same amount each month under the name HealthCare Package...a package I never even ordered. I contacted my bank in order to get the payment reversed.
